Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for special-priced items. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.

Returns
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the merchandise to us. You should send the goods to the address we provide

We are not responsible for damaged or lost goods in returns. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and traceable mail service. We will not be able to refund if the goods are not actually received or proof of return is received.

Gifts
If an item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned product.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves so that it could be sent to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
